I'm redirecting myself from the hot "Bai Ling" thread.

Admittedly I do not know all the details about Ms ZZY's life, nor do I have any intention to follow them (and waste my time) on tabloids, from what I heard she was quite a bitch in real life. Not that I'd care, anyway.

And not to omit the fact that she is the "white men" soup of the day. I could almost imagine her imdb worshippers spanking the monkey while typing their love messages.

I did however defend the actress on a very odd occassion in 2005; it was the time when her movie Memoirs of a Geisha came out. I spent great efforts defending the movie (for Rob Marshall's splendid efforts of realizing the scenes from the novel that I'd read) the Chinese actress for being chosen to portray a Japanese geisha on imdb, whereas certain other imdb members did not want a Chinese actress to do it for some stupid reasons (for example, "she's not Japanese!"). By that time in 2005, it was a war zone on imdb.

Otherwise, I found the enjoyment poking fun at her rather fluffy career in Hollywood and her infamous relationship with a Hollywood mogul.

Got a copy of Jasmine Women and I'm actually looking forward to it. To...watching her face with no makeup on :rollin
