Thank you TaylorCasey for the info regarding The Tree. Hopefully I get to see this soon.

On a different note, I just saw Juliet In Love (Francis Ng, Sandra Ng) and I must say it is very unfortuante it wasn't appreciated a lot. Most people I have spoken to haven't even heard of it. The scene when Francis tells Sandra about his life was heartbreaking due to his most excellent acting abilities. He has amazing control of his voice and subconscious movements of his hands and face (at least he made them look entirely subconscious). As a viewer I really felt devested and sorry for him, especially when he is crying but laughing at the same time at his own sorry life. He was superb throughout the film. So was Sandra, but only so after 20 minutes into the film. I think she can do very well in heavier dramatic roles, but I had a hard time believing her character in the beginning when she was only suppose to act as a typical restaurant hostess. I suppose it takes a particular skill to act like a very typical person that blends into the background of the setting.

I recommend anyone to go see this if they haven't already (seeing this is a forum of Francis fans). Well, perhaps not everyone because people who like fast-moving stories will be extremely annoyed. This story is acting-drivin, not really plot-driven.
