Here's a link to ZZY's bio in IMDB.  http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0955471/bio

She's actually past her peak already.  Every year there are new faces being discovered and new  rising stars.  She still has a long ways to go before she attains the stature of many other established and talented Chinese actresses.who are more beloved by audiences.
She could care less.

Part of the Chinese actress' mentality is to marry a wealthy man and to end the miserable life of being in front of the cameras. ZZY has had all the potentials and support to become someone important but she gave them up for being a mistress and thinking that she would become a rich man's bride. I don't know much about her relationship anymore because I don't follow tabloids and am not interested in someone's personal life, but that was what I knew about her and cared for. She has been an actress of the decade with reputable directors and projects associated with her international star power, I am still in love with many films she's participated in the mid-2000's: Princess Raccoon has been guaranteed my yearly re-watch. The money she collects from modelling and advertisements is probably great enough for her to retire; I'm glad that, as imdb reports, she's still active in the film business. It doesn't matter anymore, she has been and still is the most recognizable Chinese actress in the international film circle. No one in Cannes will not know her. This kind of international recognition is fruitful enough for her pockets and it will not be replaced by anyone else in the near future, thus her spokeswoman status for cosmetic labels will be unchanged and unchallenged for a very long time. Her career outlook is still strong. Her future is secure. That's all she needs to care about.
