Alright, I played along and checked out the DVD. Even though not all the subtitles are accurate (about half of them to actually reflect the dialogue correctly), it's essentially paraphrased versions of the original Cantonese dialogue (which the Hong Kong DVD translates most of, but in a similarly stilted fashion.). It doesn't add any information from out of nowhere, although it adds half a line here and there that removes all sense of subtlety. They're not very good subtitles, alright.

And yes, the last scene you mention should be "You chose this," not "I've chosen"

But should I trust you simply based on what you typed here? not that I have any reason not to....:tongue
